Hi, I'm Jackie
I am a wife, a mother, a survivor, a mystic, and a deeply practical human being. I believe in neuroscience and spirituality in equal measures. I hold space for spreadsheets and soul work in the same week. I know what it means to perform strength while quietly falling apart.
I spent 27 years in high-pressure global corporate roles. For a long time, I was an expert at shaping myself to fit what was needed. Often at my own expense.
A melanoma diagnosis followed by a brain injury signaled that the performance had to stop. I was forced to re-evaluate everything. This led me to a deep immersion in nutrition, brain function, and nervous system regulation. A later diagnosis of ADHD provided the final piece of the puzzle, deepening my understanding of attention, cognitive overwhelm, and self-trust.
I have crossed continents, navigated recovery, balanced marriage and raised a daughter with both deep love and human imperfection. I arrive here with the professional tools and the lived wisdom to help you do the same.
